We take fairness and transparency very seriously in all our competitions. Here's a clear breakdown of our winner selection process:
Fair and Random Draws: All winners are selected at random from the pool of eligible entries. Every valid entry has an equal chance of winning – no favourites here!
Random Number Generator: We use a verifiably random computer process (a certified random number generator tool) to select winning ticket numbers. This ensures the results are completely unbiased, auditable, and compliant with UK best practices for prize draws.
Live Draws for Transparency: Most of our main competitions end with a live draw streamed on our social media channels (e.g., Facebook or Instagram). You'll see the random selection happen in real-time, and we announce the winner immediately after.
Verification Process: After the draw, we verify the winning entry to confirm it's valid (e.g., correct details provided). Winners are notified promptly via phone, email, or the details given at entry.
Reserves and Re-Draws: If we can't contact a winner within a reasonable time (usually 7-14 days) or if they're ineligible, we re-draw using the same random method until a valid winner is found.
Independent Oversight: For added trust, draws are conducted under supervision where required, following guidelines from bodies like the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and the Voluntary Code of Good Practice for Prize Draw Operators.

We’re based in Hertfordshire in a city called St Albans. We offer free nationwide delivery to the winner or the prize can be collected.
If you opt to collect the prize then we will offer you fuel/train money and fill the vehicle up with fuel to get you home.
Or you can wait for the wagon to arrive typically within a week or less of the prize being won.
Smaller prizes (watches etc) are delivered by post.
Gift cards and other digital prizes are delivered by email/text.
Credit winners have their wallets updated with the credit then available to spend on the website.
No. We use Facebook as a platform to stream our live draws and have a laugh along the way with our audience. We’d love you to join us on our page but we understand that not everyone has Facebook or wants to use it.
Live draw replays are available immediately to watch back on Facebook and the results will be published shortly after the draw on our social pages. Winners will be contacted immediately about their prize via the phone number or email given to us when you sign up.
So no, you don’t need Facebook to participate and you’re not at a disadvantage if you don’t have it.
Whilst we encourage winners to have a photo taken alongside their prize – we cannot force you to do it.
Many of our winners have chosen to be photographed under the pretence that they will not be posted on social media and others choose not to be photographed/video'd at all.
Vehicles will be delivered by our delivery team (or you can collect) and they will take your photo if you consent.
Smaller prizes are typically delivered by postal service and as a result it is up to you whether you want to send a photo of you holding the prize or not.

The outcome of a draw is random.
Whether you’ve never won or have won multiple times in the past – you have the same chance as anyone else to win with each ticket purchased on any competition.
Over the years we have had several multiple winners of both small and larger prizes.
Some people get annoyed when people win more than once, however if they’ve played and paid their entry they have the same opportunity to win as anyone who hasn’t won before.
Once your payment is complete, you'll be taken to the Thank You page where your randomly generated ticket numbers will be displayed immediately.
You'll then receive:
An order confirmation email
Followed shortly by a second email listing your ticket numbers
Please double-check your email address at checkout is correct. Even if entered incorrectly, you'll still be entered into the competition with your allocated tickets — but having the right email ensures you receive your numbers without needing to contact us.
